However, there are lots of people who find themselves not conscious of such disorder.  Actually, there are some individuals who simply the factor that they&#8217;re loud snorers or their nasal passages are blocked. However, they don&#8217;t perceive the actual explanation for the problem.</p>
<p><strong>Obstructive sleep apnea</strong> is brought on by obstruction of the upper airway (your airways grow to be narrowed or blocked). Obstructive sleep apnea happens when the muscle tissue behind your throat relaxes. These muscular tissues assist the soft palate, the triangular piece of tissue hanging from the soft palate, the tongue and the tonsil.  It&#8217;s characterised by repetitive pauses in respiration throughout sleep, regardless of the hassle to breathe, and is often related to a reduction in blood oxygen saturation. OSA is usually accompanied with snoring.</p>
<p><strong>Symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea</strong> may be present for years, even a long time without identification, during which period the sufferer might change into conditioned to the daytime sleepiness and fatigue  related to significant ranges of sleep disturbance.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How to get a good night’s sleep? Practise the following these simple sleep hygiene recommendations for good sleep hygiene:</p>
<ol>
<li>Sleep as much as you need to feel refreshed and healthy the following day, but not more. Excessively long times in bed seems to be related to shallow sleep. But don&#8217;t go to bed until you feel sleepy.</li>
<li>If you can not get to sleep, rather than trying harder to fall asleep, try getting out of bed and doing something else. Preferably, move to another room, read a book, take a bath. Maybe reading or a light snack may help, return to bed only when sleepy.</li>
<li>Set a sleep schedule<strong>.</strong> Go to bed and wake-up at the same time every day, even on weekends. An irregular sleep schedule can cause sleep disruption even in good sleepers.</li>
<li>Establish a good sleep environment with limited distractions. Make sure the bedroom is quiet and dark. Keep the temperature comfortable, 65 degrees Fahrenheit is recommended.</li>
<li>Avoid beverages,food and medications that may contain stimulant</li>
<li>Caffeine in the evening disturbs sleep, even in those who feel it does not, so avoid caffeine within 6 hours of bedtime</li>
<li>Avoid napping. Usually naps do more harm than good; you will be less sleepy when you want to sleep.</li>
<li>Alcohol helps people fall asleep more easily, but that sleep is fragmented. It is better to avoid alcohol and nicotine before going to sleep.</li>
<li>Regular exercise can be an effective aid to sleep. It releases energy and mental tensions. It is better not to exercise strenuously just before bedtime.</li>
<li>The most common cause of insomnia is stress. If you feel stress, you are pushing yourself too hard, look into ways you can reduce the stress in your life. Don&#8217;t rehash today&#8217;s problems or worry about tomorrow&#8217;s schedule.</li>
